Headquartered in Riyadh with operational depth in Al Khobar, Emberstone is led by principals with more than two decades each across Saudi project finance and tier-one banking, government and corporate relationships, regulatory and corporate structuring, and the execution of energy, real estate and giga-project infrastructure in the Kingdom.

Structuring, Licensing and Local Content
Land allocation and site acquisition for industrial and project ventures. Investment licensing, commercial registration, contractor classification and local content alignment. Shareholder and governance frameworks structured to international standards.
Co-investment and Project Finance
Equity co-investment alongside the technical partner, sized to the venture. Arrangement of Saudi bank facilities, SIDF and development-finance applications, project finance, performance bonding and working-capital lines, so that the venture is financed in the Kingdom on its own merits.
Institutional Relationships and Executive Leadership
Working relationships across Saudi ministries, state-owned enterprises, giga-project developers, national industrial groups and private asset owners. Executive search, governance oversight and the build-out of the in-Kingdom management team.
